Lipstick tube with vibrating system
We provide 4 lines designed for one of our customers for assembling lipstick tubes. By interfacing with a single station of the customer, the 4 parts have been processed by just one dedicated machine. By ensuring production of 3000 items per hour, the various items are selected to ensure their integrity. We have oriented them in a single position to enable the end customer to simplify the gripping system. The turnkey solution provides units consisting of a loading hopper, storage channel, support structure and control panel. On request, a guard can be supplied to reduce noise.
