Counting systems for metal items
For the automatic counting system, we propose a feeding system that is perfect for any type of item (metal, plastic, etc.). The system consists of a lifter with a vibrating hopper, counting system and support structure. In the case of metal items, we have coated all contact parts to ensure their integrity. For counting, our system sets the number of items to be counted and uses a platform balance to convey the items to two separate containers. Its sound-damping protection reduces noise.
Customized adjustments enable items of different dimensions to be processed by the same cup so that downtime for item substitution is reduced. Discharges are provided to make cup emptying and item substitution easier.
The system is recommended for high speeds up to 200 items a minute.
