Mechanical orientator per vials
Sarg’s solution for this specific application enables vials of different dimensions to be processed at up to 300 items a minute. The orientator has been designed to minimize space requirements and has been engineered to fit in with the support bench. The customized format changes enable different models or vials to be processed by the same machine. The plant is combined with a customized loading hopper and consists of a customized support structure to complement the selection system, suction belt, switchgear and a protection for reducing noise.
Mechanical orientator – sterile version for vials
Unlike the standard pharmaceutical orientator for vials, the sterile version is recommended for use with plants in the cleanroom or in the presence of laminar flow. Sarg has refined a system over the years that enables vials of different dimensions to be processed at up to 200 vials a minute. The orientator is structured like the standard version to minimize space requirements and has been engineered to fit in with the workbench. The customized format changes enable different models or vials to be processed by the same machine. Vibrator
Sarg presents a new system for processing vials of different sizes on two lines at 100 vials a minute with reduced air consumption. Ideal solution for medium/low production speeds. The vibrator uses customized format changes to process most of the vials currently on the market. Can be customized with 1 to 2-path configurations.
