VR linear vibratory feeder
The inline vibratory feeders model VR are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Our 10,000 times proven linear vibratory feeders are available in 2 sizes VR1 and VR2 with up to 800 mm track length. The carefully designed and manufactured linear vibratory conveyor has the function of ensuring a constant conveying capacity to enable workpiece conveying for the processing of plastic (light) and/or metal (heavy) parts, even with special layout requirements.
On request, it is possible to equip our industrial linear vibrating feeders with alternative feeding parameters. Standard: Half wave tuned (100 Hz) with control units suitable for 60 and 50 Hz.

Linear feeding tracks / Inline feeder tracks
Linear vibratory feeder tracks are designed for custom parts from technical department; the materials for the various mechanical parts are then manufactured and assembled in the workshop.
The types of linear vibrator feeder tracks vary according to the required length (standard 400 mm and 750 mm) and can be customised based on the specific part that needs to be oriented and according to the layout.
Unlike centrifugal feeders and centrifugal sorters, which are recommended for high outputs, vibratory feeders can feed most of the components on the market today that require feeding systems for automation. Our systems are customized specifically due to more than 25.000 successful installations on the specific industry and application requirements: filling, bottling, packaging, assembly and printing in the industry segments: cosmetics, household and personal care, pharmaceutical, food, plastic components industry. We develop both standardized and specific solutions for complex or difficult components or those with special requirements.
