Orientation systems for bow-shaped caps
For the personal care sector, we propose a feeding system for processing bow-shaped caps in a transverse position. The system consists of a lifter with direct draught, a mechanical orientator, air channel, orientation system and support structure. For the orientation, our system places the caps in a single position on the basis of the customer request. In the specific case, the customer requested a transverse orientation. Its sound-damping protection reduces noise.
Format changes and customized adjustments enable items of different dimensions to be processed inside the same plant.
The system is recommended for high speeds up to 200 items a minute.
