Pitched spacing system for COUNTING/QUALITY CONTROL
For the food industry, we propose a machine tending system of the customer for product counting and quality control. In this specific case, the plant has been customized to process small surprise casks for chocolate eggs. With a suitable pitch, our solution permits easy interfacing with the customer’s machine so as to ensure high performance counting and quality control processes.
The system consists of a double mat lifter, centrifugal orientator, mat conveyor belt with tunnel on three paths and feed screw. The system rests on our support structure where a main control panel is installed so as to provide a turnkey line project. Its sound-damping protection reduces noise.
The system is recommended for high speeds up to 300 items a minute.
