Swarovski® stacker
For automation, we propose a feeding system designed to handle Swarovski products. The system consists of a vibrator, pick-up system and support structure. We have coated all the contact parts of items of this type to ensure that they do not get damaged. For counting, our system sets the number of items to be separated and uses staggered cylinders to convey the items in the direction required by the customer.
Customized adjustments enable items of different dimensions to be processed by the same cup so that downtime for item substitution is reduced. Discharges are provided to make cup emptying and item changing easier.
The system is recommended for high speeds up to 100 items a minute.
